What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or share your data for marketing. This site shows no ads, uses no ad trackers or analytics cookies, and sets no cookies at all.
Except for the volunteer, ambassador and contact forms, this site collects no personal data.
Children
Our forms are not meant for children. Volunteers and ambassadors must be 18 or older. If we learn that we hold data of a person under 18 without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian, we will erase it.
Where your data is kept
Form entries are stored in a database run by Supabase in Mumbai, India. The site itself is served by Vercel. Both act for us as data processors.
How long we keep it
We erase your data when its purpose is served — at the latest 24 months after our last contact with you — or sooner if you withdraw consent or ask us to erase it.
Your rights
You may ask for a summary of the data we hold about you, have it corrected, completed or updated, have it erased, withdraw your consent as easily as you gave it, and nominate someone to act for you. Write to us through the contact form and choose “Privacy”.
If we do not resolve your grievance, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Giving on HeartsWill
When you buy or give on heartswill.com, the HeartsWill privacy notice applies to that data.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. If a change affects what you agreed to, we will ask for your consent again.
